Inclusion and Diversity in Nuclear (IDN) has announced Urenco as one of their industry partners for 2021.
Since 2019, IDN has provided a wealth of information, resources and events that have engaged many across the nuclear industry. Recent successes have included their 2020 conference which, despite the pandemic, drew an online audience of over 500 globally.
Michael Bryant, Urenco’s Head Office Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Lead, said: “Urenco has laid some solid foundations in its commitment to becoming a more diverse and inclusive organisation. We are extending our D&I programme and embedding it into our business strategy to ensure we can accelerate our progress in all areas of D&I. We look forward to collaborating with IDN and the nuclear industry to strengthen our own D&I programme and contribute to a truly inclusive nuclear industry.”
IDN co-founders Monica Mwanje, MM Creative Solutions, and Callum Thomas, Thomas Thor, said: “We are pleased that Urenco is supporting our work. Their international footprint and network will be invaluable in helping us to share our work and facilitate change towards a truly inclusive nuclear industry. We look forward to working together with Urenco and other industry partners on exciting projects we have in store.”
