Application of Chromium isotopes
Chromium 50 (Cr 50)
Cr-50 can be used for the production of the radioisotope Cr- 51. Cr-51 is used for measuring blood volume and red blood cell survival.
Chromium 53 (Cr 53)
Cr-53 is used for the study of Chromium metabolism and studies into diabetes.
Chromium 54 (Cr 54)
Cr-54 is used for the study of Chromium metabolism and studies into diabetes.
