At Urenco, we are committed to building strong, transparent, and efficient partnerships with our suppliers. As part of our digital transformation, we are introducing new tools and processes to enhance how we work together.
To support this transformation, we are enabling suppliers on the SAP Business Network (formerly the Ariba Network) to enhance our collaboration and efficiency, streamlining our processes and centralising our interactions in one online location.
This transformation will save time and effort, and it comes at no cost to you as our valued supplier.
Already registered?
If you already have an SAP Business Network account, please share your SAP Business Network ID (ANID) number with your usual Urenco Procurement representative or send it to the implementation team using the form at the bottom of the page.
You can also visit our purchasing process page to see how this will effect you.
If you do not have an account, follow the steps below to register.
Registering on SAP Business Network
If you do not have an SAP Business Network account, you can register by following the steps below. The standard account is free, while the enterprise account has a fee with additional benefits. For more information about the accounts, please visit the SAP website.
Enter your email address and tick the box next to 'User consents to store this email ID'.
You will receive a one-time password at the email address you provided. Enter the one-time password and click 'Continue'.
Fill out all mandatory fields in the registration form (marked with an *).
Review and accept the 'Terms of Use' and the 'Privacy Statement' at the bottom of the registration page.
Click 'Create new account'. If you see a message about existing accounts, click 'Review accounts' to check on accounts you or someone in your company may already have registered.
Once you have finished, SAP will send you an email to confirm your account. After you have confirmed it, you will receive a welcome email.
Once confirmed, send your SAP Business Network ID (ANID) number to the implementation team using the form at the bottom of this page, which they will use to send you a relationship request. After you accept the trading relationship request, you can begin transacting with Urenco.
Alternatively, if you do not provide Urenco with an existing Network ID, one will be created for you automatically upon first PO issuance in Q2 2026.

Completion of Qualification and Registration
You will receive an invitation to complete the Prequalification Questionnaire (PQQ) and Category Qualification Questionnaire (CQQ).
Please complete this at your earliest convenience.
PQQ = you need to respond within 2 weeks.
CQQ = you need to respond within 4 weeks.
The system will issue email reminders as timescales are due to expire.
The request will come from a joint Urenco / Ariba e-mail address and be branded with the Urenco logo. These are genuine e-mails, please do not disregard them.
Should you require support to complete your PQQ and CQQ responses please contact your usual Urenco Procurement representative, or alternatively email the implementation team below who can assess and respond to your query.
