 We’re looking for a 6-month fixed term cover Information Security PA and Team Coordinator. Ideally 25 working hours per week, full time hours of 35 hours per week may also be considered. Based at our Paddington Head Office you’ll provide PA and administrative support to the Information Security team.

 What you’ll do: 
 
 • Diary management for the CISO. When travelling to site enquire if additional internal stakeholders to meet to make most of travel. 
 • Arranging domestic and international travel in line with company policy, and processing expenses. 
 • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, organising conference calls, managing calendars, and arranging catering. 
 • Monitoring and approving annual leave requests and issuing diary notes on behalf of the CISO. 
 • Act as a point of contact for both internal and external customers. 
 • Generating and chasing purchase requisitions and receipting goods and services in SAP (P2P). Checking for quality. 
 • Approving invoices in SAP. 
 • Comparing timesheets to contractor invoices to provide financial assurance 
 • Events Organisation 
 • Recruitment – support with new starters, onboarding, contract extensions etc. 
 
 What do you need to thrive in this role? 
 
 • Proven PA/administrative experience working at a Senior Level, specifically organising complex travel itineraries and diary-management. 
 • Experience of working in a Project Coordination role (desirable) 
 • Experience of communicating with senior levels of management 
 • Ability to deal with challenging diary management requests in accordance with various internal and external contacts 
 • High level of organisation skills
