This position is responsible, under general supervision, for providing administrative and clerical support for training and the administration of the Learning Management System.
Provides administrative support for the Operations Support organization, including but not limited to coordinating scheduling, supplies, filing, etc.
Maintains daily administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System.
Coordinates the creation and administration of the site training schedule.
Assist with coordination of design, development and delivering of training and qualification material using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT).
Assist in the coordination of identification of evaluation methods and tools for measuring results.
Assist with observation, evaluation and record training activities.
Participate in developmental opportunities to continually improve job performance and skills.
Assist in developing and maintaining training programs and procedures.
Assist in conducting periodic comprehensive training program content and process assessments and audits.
Participate in industry benchmarking, peer self-assessments and industry working groups providing process improvement recommendations based on lessons learned.
Assist with OJT/TPE activities for qualifications
Administer training program in accordance with current federal, state and local regulations.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s Degree in Science/Technology or Education/Training and two or more years of clerical/administrative or training experience. All candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with staff members of all levels of the organization. Strong teamwork skills are needed to positively communicate company vision, values and goals while promoting the organizational culture.
