Assist in the employment process including sourcing, screening, and other general recruitment activities.
Maintain contact with job applicants and individuals who have a desire to work for URENCO USA.
Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications.
Help administer on-boarding and off-boarding processes including scheduling all participants.
Thorough knowledge of company policies to answer basic inquiries.
Coordinate UUSA temporary housing and relocation program.
Ensure accurate and timely processing and payment of all HR responsible invoices.
Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure timely and accurate preparation of offer letters, transfers, promotion paperwork etc.
Provide administrative support and coordination to process updates on directives, policies, and procedures as appropriate in conjunction with department leadership.
Prepare personnel action letters and forms.
Responsible for file maintenance including off-site storage of HR files.
Plan and coordinate department functions, including travel.
Provide administrative support for the entire department.
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Working knowledge of all HR disciplines including employee relations, staffing management, compensation
Advanced communications skills, both verbal and written
Education: Associate’s Degree from an accredited program
Years of experience: 1-3 years
