Supports the URENCO USA public relations programs, activities, and projects by providing media design, photographic, and technical support.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.
Ensure that all messaging, both internally and externally, is executed strategically and maintain a clear and consistent voice in adherence to the corporate guidelines.
Write/edit compelling and effective press materials. This includes: press releases, positioning statements, backgrounders, articles, and bios.
Respond to public inquiries/arrange interviews and represent department in handling routine inquiries and requests, both internally and externally.
Represent UUSA at community functions and events.
Involvement with the Emergency Response Organization supporting the Joint Information Center as assigned.
Produce timely responses, announcements, and marketing distribution.
Support the Richie Enrichment Science Workshops and special event planning.
Represent the company at trade and professional organizations.
Assist URENCO USA employees in the development of presentation materials.
Provide site tours and presentations to corporate guests.
Assist with the maintenance of the URENCO USA Welcome Center. Develop and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, audience identification and segmentation to align with business goals
Maintain social media content calendar, scheduling and promotional efforts
Write for all areas of communication, including customer communications (emails, collateral, website), news releases and employee communications (executive writing support and intranet)
Provide input into the company’s website messaging strategy and content development through coordination with the corporate communications team.
Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insights on traffic and effectiveness; use this information to optimize future efforts and inform communication efforts on other channels
Stay well-informed of new and existing technologies and apply them to digital communication projects
Guide digital creative to create engaging content
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Business or related field and one to five years of related experience. Candidate must have a proven communication project management experience, the ability to build productive professional relationships with diverse stakeholders to achieve company’s communication and business goals, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and be willing and able to handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure work environment.
