Urenco is pleased to announce the appointment of Lynton Simmonds, currently interim Managing Director of Urenco UK, as permanent Managing Director of Urenco UK, effective 1 January 2019.
Lynton has more than 20 years of experience in leadership roles within the nuclear and chemical industries. He joined Urenco in 2014, where he has also served as Head of Operations. Prior to that, he held the positions of Global Safety, Health and Environment Director and Manufacturing Site Director at Cristal Pigment UK Ltd.
Lynton has a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Oxford.
