Our head office can be found in Stoke Poges, near London. Most of our global functions are located here, responsible for sales, supply and logistics along with other centralised business functions, such as HR, Communications, IT and Finance.
It is here that we coordinate our services between our four enrichment sites in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands and the USA.

Our culture
Head office is where a number of our global culture initiatives start, which aim to enhance how we live our global values.Employees are able to enjoy events at head office that aim to bring everyone together and celebrate our differences. For example, our 'chat roulette' matches employees randomly for an informal chat so that colleagues can connect with those they may not have worked with before.
Our CEO, Boris Schucht, runs 'Boris Unplugged' - regular interactive live sessions where Boris discusses key business areas and provides a platform for colleagues to ask him questions directly, enabling feedback opportunities in addition to our employee engagement surveys and all hands meetings. Special guests also appear on Boris Unplugged to provide insights into the activities of the business and the nuclear sector.
Head office is also home to our global culture team and head office based members of our Global Employee Networks often run events like lunches, walks and guest speakers to facilitate discussions around inclusion and diversity.
To aid our social impact commitment of providing for our local community, all colleagues are given a day's leave to volunteer with charities close to their hearts or who are in urgent need of support. We also offer 'OnHand', an app that allows our employees to book volunteering and positive climate change activities in ways that suit them best.
