On Thursday, January 26, Karen Fili, UUSA’s President & CEO, and Lisa Hardison, Manager of Communications and Public Relations travelled to Santa Fe, New Mexico to attend the Economic Development Committee (EDC) of Lea County’s Evening with Lea County.
Every other year, the EDC of Lea County invites businesses from around the county to travel to the state’s Capitol for a dinner with state legislators. During this event, members of the local community represent our county’s successes to state leadership by sharing accomplishments and future projects.
“It’s always a pleasure to attend the EDC’s Evening with Lea County,” shared Hardison. “Lea County and the EnergyPlex represent both a rich history and a bright future for New Mexico. UUSA is proud to be a part of this community and to contribute to the continued growth and success of our corner of New Mexico.”
