Graduates
At the heart of our commitment to nurturing talent, we recognise the importance of graduate roles in shaping the future of our company. We are dedicated to fostering an environment where being the best company goes hand in hand with aiding you in developing the best career, shaping the best future, and becoming the best version of yourself.
This ethos extends to our continued investments in graduate positions at our Capenhurst site. Our commitment is reflected not only in providing the perfect entry into engineering, but also in diverse opportunities within teams. This is why we launched our new Capenhurst Graduate Engineering Programme, which is meticulously designed to support aspiring graduates in attaining chartered engineer status in specialised disciplines, including civil, electrical and instrumentation, process, and mechanical engineering.
Scheduled to kick off recruitment in winter 2024, this opportunity represents a key milestone in our dedication to nurturing talent and driving innovation.
Other graduate positions will open up at various points throughout the year. We offer these roles in computer science, within our safety case team, and business/commercial positions as well. If you find a vacancy that is of interest to you on the website, we encourage you to apply!
