These roles are advertised as and when the business requires them, so application windows may vary throughout the year.

To avoid missing out, we encourage you to keep an eye on our careers site and register your interest via the form on this page so we can notify you when suitable opportunities arise.

Entry requirements and what we look for

Our graduate roles are aimed at individuals who have completed, or are on track to complete, a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant subject, typically with a minimum 2:1 classification.

Beyond academic achievement, we’re looking for graduates who are curious, motivated and keen to learn, with a genuine interest in developing their skills in a technical, highly regulated environment.

You do not need prior nuclear experience, but you should be willing to take responsibility, work collaboratively, and approach your work with professionalism and integrity.

      Energus Nuclear Graduate Programme

We also work in partnership with the Energus Nuclear Graduate Programme. Graduates on this programme may have the opportunity to complete secondments at Urenco, gaining experience in their chosen discipline within our business.

If you are currently on the Nuclear Graduate Programme and would like to explore a secondment opportunity with us, please contact our Early Careers team at early.careers@urenco.com to discuss this further.

          Application process

          • Our graduate roles open at various points throughout the year. We encourage you to keep an eye on the website for the latest updates.

          • When you find a role you are interested in, you'll need to submit your CV and sometimes a covering letter.

          • Once we have reviewed your CV we will get in touch to discuss your application. This will consist of a phone call with a member of our recruitment team.

          • The next steps will require you to attend a virtual or in person interview, where you will have the opportunity to meet the team and discuss the placement with the hiring manager.
