On Wednesday, February 23, UUSA’s Employee Safety Committee (ESC) held a Safety at Home event for all site personnel to emphasize the importance of Safety both on-site and at home. For those working remotely, a drive-through event was held at Green Meadow Park in Hobbs and for those working on-site, the ESC set up a booth in the Security Building lobby. Members from the ESC handed each participant a Safety at Home bag with leather gloves, earplugs, hand sanitizer, an assortment of safety glasses, and a special UUSA Safety at Home treat! Between the drive-through and the on-site event, the ESC handed out over 250 Safety totes to employees and site contractors.
