Urenco has ongoing detailed preparations in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees, communities and key stakeholders, and our ability to keep our plants operating.

Dedicated teams have been put in place to manage the risk. They are closely monitoring local conditions and government advice and they have prepared a comprehensive response plan.

All business travel to other countries has ceased. We are not running visitor tours of our sites and employees who can work from home are being required to do so.

Increased hygiene measures have been implemented at all sites. Guidance has been issued to managers and supervisors and employees are being updated daily on what actions they should be taking.

We are working closely with suppliers and business partners to mitigate any risks and are receiving regular updates from them. We have additional stock in place for critical components, which provides an extra degree of risk mitigation, and we have sourced alternative products where there are shortages of supply.

We are confident about our proactive preventative preparations and our resilience is further strengthened by our ability to provide services for our customers from our sites in mainland Europe, the UK and the USA.
