Urenco is Highly Commended at PRCA
12 November 2014 Global NewsUrenco is delighted to announce that it was Highly Commended at the annual award ceremony of the Public Relations Consultants Association (PRCA), Europe’s largest PR association, on 11 November 2014.
The accolade was in the Corporate Social Responsibility category for our work with Richie, Urenco’s science ambassador.

"Our activities with Richie are part of our objective to engage with a wide audience to create an understanding of Urenco and share the benefits of nuclear energy. Over the past year, we have developed two advertising campaigns - Powerful Facts and Enabling our Every day – which have focused on the benefits of nuclear energy and technology. We have also been extremely successful in increasing the number of schoolchildren reached by our science workshops, and we have partnered with the British Science Association, one of the UK’s leading science membership organisations, to expand the scope of our work even further."
