URENCO operates in a pivotal area of the nuclear fuel supply chain which ends with the sustainable generation of electricity for consumers around the world. The supply chain itself can be subdivided into four key processes: mining; conversion; enrichment; and fabrication.

URENCO uses world-leading centrifuge technology to provide the uranium enrichment services our customers need to generate low carbon nuclear energy.

URENCO’s Vision and mission, combined with the work of URENCO’s employees and our core Values, ensures that the nuclear industry has reliable, affordable provision of fuel to meet future demand.

URENCO’s Vision states:
“We believe the future needs nuclear power to meet the demand for sustainable global energy.”

The URENCO Xperience is a virtual tour of our enrichment facilities that provides an insight into our everyday operations and an understanding of how the uranium enrichment process works. You can also watch the extended version of our virtual tour, or download it to view later.
