What is the Global Reporting Initiative?

The Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) is an independent, international body that helps businesses, governments and other organisations understand and take responsibility for their impacts, by providing a global set of standards to measure those impacts.

The GRI standards are a set of interrelated reporting standards that enable organisations to report publicly on their economic, environmental, social and governance perfromance. GRI standards represent the global best practice for sustainability reporting guidelines.

The GRI standards' main focus is materiality, which means those topics which are most relevant to our stakeholders and have the biggest impact on our operations.
