The role is accountable for conducting engagements with, or on behalf of the Project Assurance Manager for the purpose of identifying process weaknesses, and working with Project Assurance Manager to develop corrective actions. The role will also assist the Project Assurance Manager with root cause analysis of known areas of weakness and assist with development of corrective actions.
Reporting to the Head of Design Authority this role will see the holder managing several multidiscipline teams who will be responsible for delivering numerous complex projects that will incorporate Front End Engineering Design (FEED) comprising of Feasibility/Best Available Technology studies, Conceptual Design and Basic Design to Site and/or Group projects. Once in project execution phase this role will provide design assurance and design governance for the detailed design of Core Plant Systems and Facilities, acting as the intelligent customer.
Asset Performance is part of Asset Management that provides a link between the strategic decision of the company and the resulting activities on the production sites and their operation. It provides a feedback loop of the performance of the asset. This is a foundation of the Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle to continuously improve and develop Urenco’s Asset Strategy. Reporting to the Asset Performance Manager the Plant Performance Analyst is expected to focus on the production asset and to interface and collaborate closely with the site plant performance functions.
Reporting to the Manager of Project Delivery you will be accountable for the delivery of one or more global projects at any stage of the project lifecycle at any of our four operational sites.
The role holder will manage (and support) specific Decommissioning R&D activities and projects, they will also develop Decommissioning related technology and knowledge within URENCO in order to ensure safe and economic design and operation of facilities in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ensuring plant designs and as-built configurations meet Urenco’s design and engineering standards as defined by the Design Authority throughout the entire lifecycle of the assets. These standards consist of (nuclear) safety requirements, local site license requirements and national legislation, Urenco qualified systems and best practises.

Supporting the Senior Engineer P&M in design development, design specification, and substantiation.
