European Nuclear Energy Leadership Academy born today

Today marks the founding of the European Nuclear Energy Leadership Academy (ENELA). Today the companies AREVA, Axpo AG, EnBW, E.ON Kernkraft GmbH, URENCO Limited and Vattenfall AB signed a Multi-Party-Agreement to establish ENELA. The founding shareholders agreed on Garching (region Munich, Germany) as the location for ENELA. This initiative, which as a concept has its origin in the European Nuclear Energy Forum (ENEF), is highly welcomed by the European Commission.
Mr Jean-Claude Gauthier is designated to be the first Director of ENELA.
