Reappointment of URENCO Limited Chairman

URENCO Limited is pleased to announce the reappointment of Chris Clark as Chairman of the Board for a further three-year term with effect from 1 January 2009.
Chris Clark first took up the position of Chairman of URENCO Limited on 1 January 2006. He currently also holds the positions of Chairman of Associated British Ports Holdings plc and the position of Chairman of Severstal.
Chris expressed his pleasure at his reappointment. "I look forward to serving as Chairman for a further three years. This is a particularly exciting time for the URENCO Group. The company continues to grow its market share and is successfully expanding its capacity across Europe and the United States in order to meet the needs of an order book which is now in excess of €18 billion and extends beyond 2025".
